Physiotherapy, Osteopathy & Chiropractic 5-Session Block
Effective Date: 25/02/2026
Treatment block purchases are available only for 30-minute ongoing physiotherapy, osteopathy and chiropractic treatments. An initial assessment is required first and is not included in the treatment block purchase.
Treatment blocks are available to existing self-paying patients only, once your therapist has confirmed that ongoing treatment is clinically appropriate.
Treatment blocks are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Treatment block purchases are non-refundable and cannot be used on other treatments, including sports massage. Standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies.
Treatment block purchases cannot be applied to past sessions. However, if you’re buying a block at the time of booking an appointment, we may be able to include that session as part of the block at our discretion.
Treatment blocks cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.
Sports Massage 5-Session Block
Effective Date: 09/06/2025
Sports massage blocks are for 1-hour or 45-minute sports massage sessions only.
Sports massage blocks are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Sports massage blocks are non-refundable and cannot be used on other treatments. Standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies.
Sports massage blocks purchases cannot be applied to past sessions. However, if you’re buying a block at the time of a sports massage appointment, we may be able to include that session as part of the block at our discretion.
Sports massage blocks sessions can be gifted to a friend or family member. Speak to a member of our team to find out more.

Block Pricing & Purchase FAQs
Q: Can I pay for a block now and book my sessions later?
Yes, depending on the block you have purchased, sessions are valid for 3–6 months and you can book as you go. You will receive reminder emails when your sessions are due to expire. It is your responsibility to ensure you use them before that date. We will not refund any remaining sessions.
Q: Can I buy more than one block at a time?
Yes, you’re welcome to purchase multiple blocks if you’d like to plan ahead.
Q: What if my therapist leaves or goes on holiday?
Packages are able to be used with multiple therapists, while we recommend staying with one therapist for continuity of care, systems are linked to enable your treatment to continue uninterrupted in the event of your therapist being unavailable.
Q: Can I share my block with someone else?
Sessions can be gifted or shared with a friend or family member however for treatment blocks (e.g. ongoing physiotherapy), the person gifted the session must be an existing self-paying patient, has had an initial assessment and ongoing treatment has been confirmed as clinically appropriate.
Q: Can I mix 45-minute and 1-hour massage sessions within the same block?
No, each block is for either 45-minute or 1-hour sessions. They can’t be mixed.
Q: What happens if I don’t use all my sessions in time?
Any unused sessions will expire and are non-refundable. Note: sports massage blocks are valid for 6 months and treatment blocks are valid for 3 months.
Q: Can I apply a block to a session I had previously?
No, blocks can’t be backdated to previous sessions.
Q: Can today’s session be counted as part of a block?
We may include it (at our discretion) please ask at reception.
Q: What’s your cancellation policy for block bookings?
Our standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Missed or late-cancelled sessions will be deducted from your block.
