Appointment Cancellation Policy
All appointments at Nordic Balance are subject to a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, reschedule, or make changes to your appointment, you must contact the clinic at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or do not attend (a “no-show”), you will be charged the full fee for that session.
If you are a self-paying patient, you will be charged at the standard rate for the appointment type booked.
Health Insurance Patients
If you are using health insurance, you will be charged directly for the missed appointment at the applicable rate. Late cancellations and no-shows are typically not covered by insurers, and it is your responsibility to understand the terms of your policy.
Fees vary by appointment type and, where relevant, by insurer. As a guide, charges are typically between £65 and £87.50 for an initial assessment and between £53 and £70 for an ongoing treatments.
