Clinical Lead Physiotherapist Job, Full-Time, On-Site Leadership Role

Responsibilities:

• Provide mentorship and guidance to the therapy team.
• Ensure seamless implementation of the “Perfect Experience” throughout the patient journey.
• Monitor and evaluate clinical performance, providing coaching and support to therapists.
• Optimise therapist schedules and contribute to the onboarding process for new team members.
• Cultivate relationships with referring doctors and partners to expand our network.
• Champion professional development opportunities for the therapy team.
• Foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the team.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

Important:  This role is split with about 60% clinical and 40% lead time throughout a week, with the exact schedule to be confirmed.

The Clinical Lead element of the role must be carried out in person, so the ability to reach all four of our clinic locations is imperative.
