Nordic Balance is a multi-site, multi-disciplinary injury prevention and rehabilitation company with 3 sites in London (St James’s Square, Abbeville Village and Wimbledon Village) and a 4th site due to open in St John’s Hill (in November 2024).
In this pivotal role, you will serve as a bridge between our management team and our dedicated therapy team. You will foster a culture of continuous learning and development, ensuring that every therapist embodies our commitment to providing industry-beating patient care.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the Clinical Manager to provide guidance and support to the therapy team
- Implementing the “Perfect Experience” in every aspect of patient care
- Monitoring clinical performance and coaching therapists to achieve their full potential
- Optimising therapist schedules and supporting the onboarding of new team members
- Engaging with referring doctors and partners to expand our network
- Promoting personal and professional development opportunities for therapists
- Motivating the team to work collaboratively and share knowledge
- Constantly evaluating industry trends and making recommendations for improvement
- Engagement in the recruitment process, doing practical assessments and onboarding successful applicants as required.
The ideal candidate will:
- Possess exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Have a deep understanding of their specific field of therapy (physiotherapy, osteopathy or chiropractic) with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
- Be committed to providing the highest level of patient care
- Be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for innovation
- Have a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others

Note: This role will comprise a 50% split in terms of time allocation- with the successful applicant doing 20 hours a week of clinical work and 20 hours of Clinical Lead work. Within that management time, you’ll be required to work in person at any of our current or future sites, as needed.
