About this Role

Nordic Balance is a health and fitness company with three locations. A Health Club & Gym in St James’s (SW1) and two Injury Rehabilitation and Wellbeing clinics in Abbeville Road (SW4) and Wimbledon Village (SW19).

We offer a range of therapies at all three locations- including physiotherapy, osteopathy, chiropractic, podiatry, dry-needling, sports massage, shockwave therapy, and women’s health physiotherapy.

We are currently looking for an experienced (minimum 3-5 years) Physiotherapist to join our team in a full-time role. We’re looking for someone who will primarily be based in our Abbeville Road (SW4) clinic, although we’d need flexibility in order to be able to also have you work in our Wimbledon Village (SW19) and St James’s (SW1) location too. You should have long-term intentions to join a family-run growing company with a very settled team. You would also need to have a proven track record of delivering high levels of patient care.

We believe that our people make us, so we take great care in choosing who we work with. Those who thrive with us will consistently put patient care first and work collaboratively with the team around them. In return, we invest in you by offering both internal and external CPD, a £1000 per year training fund, beautiful clinics and treatment spaces, a diverse patient list and great pay.

So what’s in it for you?

  • This is a self-employed role with a 50% split
  • £1000 per year per employee in a training fund- to help you find and develop your passion.
  • Regular CPD with external consultants and internal team members
  • Regular feedback and constant development.
  • A non-competitive work environment with a focus on shared learning between everyone.

At Nordic Balance, we adopt a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, using the latest techniques and intuitive services. With us, you can focus on delivering unparalleled quality of care to your patients and clients.

Our friendly and collaborative team will ensure that you feel confident and supported. We work together and learn from the wealth of experience that each individual contributes to the team.

We support all of our team and encourage the development of their skill set to thrive in their day-to-day life. As a member of the Nordic Balance team, you will receive all the support you need for your specialist services and expertise to flourish.
