Nordic Balance is a leading multidisciplinary health and wellbeing provider with clinics in South West London. We are dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care through a collaborative approach. Our vibrant clinics are staffed by a highly skilled team of physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, podiatrists, and sports therapists who work together to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated paediatric & MSK Osteopath to join our growing team, primarily based in our Abbeville Road (SW4) clinic.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Osteopath to join a well-established practice with a strong existing patient base. You will step into a busy, dynamic environment, managing a varied caseload with clinic diaries typically running at 75-80% capacity.

The role is purely clinical, allowing you to focus entirely on what you do best: providing exceptional patient care. You will have the autonomy of a self-employed practitioner while benefiting from the support of a full reception team and the collaborative energy of a multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough patient assessments, diagnoses, and formulating effective treatment plans.
  • Providing high-quality, evidence-based osteopathic treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions.
  • Managing a diverse patient demographic, from general MSK complaints to paediatric cases.
  • Maintaining accurate and contemporaneous patient records in line with professional standards.
  • Collaborating effectively with our team of in-house practitioners to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate passionate about osteopathy and committed to clinical excellence. The ideal applicant will be:

  • A fully qualified Osteopath registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC).
  • In possession of a minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience, gained within a private practice setting.
  • Highly proficient in treating a broad range of general MSK conditions, including paediatric.
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with patients and colleagues.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a multidisciplinary setting

What We Offer:

  • A Busy & Established Patient List: Walk into a role with immediate patient flow and consistent earning potential.
  • Competitive Remuneration: A highly competitive and transparent 50% fee split.
  • Flexibility: Part-time hours based on a flexible schedule of 6-hour shifts (8am-2pm & 2pm-8pm) to be agreed upon.
  • Professional Development: Access to our comprehensive in-house CPD programme, including both 1-2-1 and group sessions throughout the year to support your growth.
  • Supportive Environment: Work within a friendly, professional, and collaborative team with full administrative and reception support, so you can focus on your patients.
