Nordic Balance is thrilled to announce the return of our London Marathon Recovery Giveaway, a testament to our commitment to supporting runners in their post-marathon recovery journey.
Running the TCS London Marathon on the 21st of April? Find out how you can take part!
Following the overwhelming response and heartwarming stories from the 85 marathoners who benefited from our campaign last year, we are eager to extend our support again this year by offering a complimentary 30-minute recovery session to marathon participants within our communities.
“The dedication, energy, and perseverance required to conquer the 26.2 miles of the London Marathon are nothing short of extraordinary. This is our way of saying congratulations and helping you get back on your feet, feeling refreshed and ready for your next challenge!” Pierre Meyer, Director of Nordic Balance.
Here’s what participants had to say about last year…
“We did it!! Completing 26.2 miles in typical British weather was made so much easier thanks to the most incredible crowds at the London Marathon 2023! Still buzzing after completing this incredible challenge, and a big thanks to Nordic Balance for supporting with the recovery!” Louise Tidey
“I received a great assisted stretch and massage; it really helped! The team was so friendly as well.” Mary Dolan
The feedback from Louise and Mary reflects the essence of our London Marathon Recovery Giveaway. It’s not just about physical recovery; it’s about the community, shared experiences, and mutual support that define the marathon experience.
As we open our doors again, we invite this year’s participants to take advantage of our marathon recovery sessions.
This session, valued at £70, is tailored to kickstart the runner’s recovery process. The 30-minute session will include a brief assessment followed by a personalised treatment that may include mobility exercises, stretching, and soft-tissue therapy. It all depends on the runner’s needs.
Appointments will be available across our Wimbledon, St James’s, and Clapham physiotherapy clinics from 22nd April to 26th April and are strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
To book a marathon recovery session, runners must follow these four simple steps. As a local, family-run business, we’d greatly appreciate support on our Instagram channel in return.
STEP 1: Follow @nordicbalancelondon on Instagram
STEP 2: To book your session, simply comment “marathon recovery” on our pinned post. If you know another participant, remember to tag them, too!
STEP 3: Look out for a direct message from us on Instagram. It will contain the link to the appointment booking page.
STEP 4: There, you can easily schedule an appointment using the promotional code MARATHONRECOVERY to enjoy a 100% discount.
Remember, availability is limited, so act quickly to secure a session at Nordic Balance.*
We’re here to celebrate our marathoner’s achievements and ensure they feel refreshed and ready for their next challenge.
If you are a runner, let Nordic Balance make your post-marathon recovery as memorable and rewarding as the race itself.
*T&Cs: Participants must be prepared to bring their marathon participation medal when attending their appointment. Failure to present your marathon participation medal at your session could result in the full cost of the appointment being charged. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. One appointment per person. Appointments are strictly available between 22nd April and 26th April 2024. Nordic Balance reserves the right to cancel or end this offer at any time.
