Gym Membership Terms

Monthly membership

This membership is a rolling monthly contract with a minimum term of a pro-rata share of the remaining days of the month plus your 1-month notice (paid at the time of joining). As a result, at the time of resigning, your membership will be set to expire at the end of the following calendar month.

We take payment on or around the 1st of every month by automatic card transaction. We will follow up on any failed payments by email and phone call.

Access to the facilities will be rescinded until payment is taken in full.

If we are unable to take payment, we will immediately cancel your membership, and you must pay the outstanding balance before resuming your membership.

6 and 12-month gym memberships

These memberships are paid upfront, are non-refundable, and will not renew automatically.

Freezing your membership

You may freeze your membership for a full calendar month only. If you are within the initial contractual period of your 6- or 12-month membership, then this contractual period will be extended by the length of time (in months) by which your membership has been frozen.

Frozen memberships will automatically resume after the freeze period. If you wish to freeze your membership further (or cancel it), you must contact Nordic Balance before the membership is due to resume.

Gym membership cancellation

We cannot accept verbal instructions for any cancellation requests. To be actioned that month, membership cancellations must be submitted in writing by the end of each month; requests received from the last day of the month onward will expire at the end of the following calendar month.

6- and 12-month memberships cannot be cancelled before the contractual period has finished.
