A discreet & personal gym experience in London
St. James’s feels very different from a large commercial gym. It’s quieter, more familiar and intentionally personal, with experienced trainers who get to know how you train and what you’re working towards. It’s a gym where you can train with focus, feel known rather than anonymous, and build a routine that works around your schedule.
London gym with pool, spa & recovery facilities
Membership gives you more ways to look after your body in one place. Train in the weights, cardio, and functional spaces; swim using our Fastlane current; play squash; then recover in the sauna, steam room, or spa pool. Whether you want a demanding session or an easier recovery day, the gym gives you the freedom to train, recover and reset in the way that suits you.
Personal training and clinical care on demand
Training and treatment don’t sit in separate worlds here. Our personal trainers work alongside physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors and sports therapists on site, so support can change as your body and goals do. If something starts to feel restricted or needs more specialist attention, the expertise is close by.
Within easy reach of Piccadilly, Soho and Mayfair
If you’re looking for a gym in Piccadilly, Soho or Mayfair, Nordic Balance St. James’s puts you right in the middle of the West End, with all three neighbourhoods within around a 10-20-minute walk and well connected by the London Underground. Open from 6:30am, seven days a week, it’s a Central London gym that’s easy to reach before work, at lunch or on your way home.
