Keep your routine going when life takes you somewhere different. Our gym pass gives you up to three hours to train, swim, stretch and recover in the pool and spa facilities. Ideal if you’re visiting London, working nearby, between meetings or prefer the freedom of flexible gym access without a membership.
What’s included in a gym pass
You’ll get the same personal, relaxed club experience as our members. Your three-hour pass gives you time to train, swim and recover without rushing. Use the weights and cardio studio or functional training space, take a swim, then wind down in the spa pool, sauna or steam room. Towels and changing facilities are included, so you can freshen up and head straight back into your day.
Squash, personal training and clinical treatments are booked separately.

How to purchase a gym pass
Gym passes must be booked online. Choose a day and start time that suits you. Your three-hour gym access begins when you check in, subject to the club’s day-pass opening hours. Access is available Monday to Thursday 7am–7pm, Friday 7am–4pm, and Saturday 10am–4pm.
All guests must register before arrival; please bring ID. Gym passes are available for individuals only, and we do not accept group bookings.

Nestled within the prestigious In & Out (Naval and Military Club), Nordic Balance is located north of St. James’s Park, just a 15-20 minute walk from Piccadilly Circus, Mayfair, and Soho. Our main entrance is at 7–9 Babmaes Street, a discreet cul-de-sac just south of Jermyn Street.
Piccadilly Circus and Green Park are the nearest Underground stations.

If you are coming by car, parking is available on St. James’s Square, Monday to Sunday, 9am-8pm, for up to 4 hours at a time. Payment is required.

A single gym day pass costs £40 and gives you up to three hours of access to the included gym, swimming and recovery facilities.
A gym pass grants full access to our facilities, including the weights and cardio studio, functional training studio, stretching studio, swimming pool, sauna and steam room.
A gym pass must be used on the date of your booked session and is valid for up to 3 hours from the time of your appointment. So if you book at 10am, you can use the gym up until 1pm the same day.

No. Nordic Balance is a health club, not a spa. Your three-hour gym pass includes access to the spa pool, sauna and steam room, but these facilities are intended to complement your training, swimming and recovery rather than provide a standalone spa-day experience.

Yes. All gym day pass guests must register before arriving at the club.
Flexible gym pass holders can access the gym strictly on Monday – Thursday, 7am-7pm, Friday, 7 am- 4 pm, and Saturday, 10am-4pm. Access outside these hours is not permitted.
Visitors may find parking on St James’s Square from Monday to Sunday, 9 am to 8 pm, with a 4-hour maximum stay. Payment is required.
