Please email us. We can only accept cancellation requests in writing.
Please give us at least five working days’ notice before the end of the month so we can stop the next payment from being taken. Because your final month is paid when you join, you’ll continue to have access to the club during that final paid month.

Unfortunatley not. The courtyard and other areas of the Naval & Military Club are reserved for its own members.
In & Out members can bring guests to the gym, but all guests must purchase a gym pass directly from Nordic Balance.
Reciprocal members are members of clubs that have a relationship with the In & Out Club. These may be other clubs in the UK or affiliated clubs internationally. Because they are not direct members of the In & Out Club, reciprocal members must also purchase a gym pass to access the gym. However, they may be eligible for discounted squash rates.
