I saw debbie for a physio assessment session, she listened to what I was hoping to get out of the session, then did a thorough analysis, and provided excellent useful written suggestions by email. Very happy.

Annie was friendly, professional and most importantly, knew her stuff. Within 5 minutes of my first appointment and meeting her? I knew I was in good hands and could trust her with the consultation. After the examination and discussing her findings, we came up with a good working plan that worked for me and my daily routine plus home exercises. Have a follow up and am sure there is going to be progress seen then.

Nordic Balance is always my go to for physio. I have seen both Michael for extensive physio on my knees and more recently Pooja for a sports massage. All staff are professional, knowledgeable and the space is clean and modern. The whole experience is great. I’ve recommended my husband and several others to here and will continue to do so.

Debbie was fantastic, very friendly and providing extremely detailed analysis of my current situation. She assessed where I currently am at the and next steps of where I need to get to, giving me specific exercises targeted to improve certain areas.

Gina is an incredible therapist. I suffer from chronic headaches and the combination of her osteopathy and acupuncture treatment has been life altering. I highly recommend her for anyone suffering from chronic conditions.
