About Jess
Physiotherapist Jess supports women as their bodies change through pregnancy, birth and beyond, from pelvic pain to postnatal recovery and 6-week postnatal checks.
She also helps with recovery after breast cancer treatment, and treats musculoskeletal pain and injury more broadly, whether that’s after surgery or simply feeling stronger in everyday life. Her approach combines hands-on treatment with tailored exercise and clear guidance. Jess trained in acupuncture and lymphoedema therapy alongside physiotherapy, giving her a wider range of tools to draw on, from complex pelvic health cases to swelling and tissue changes that follow serious illness. She adapts care to what each person’s body is going through at that stage, rather than to a fixed programme. Whatever the goal, people leave feeling more like themselves again.
