About Joy
Physiotherapist Joy supports patients with a wide range of issues and injuries, including sports and running injuries, with a particular focus on ankle, hip and knee injuries. She also works with women experiencing incontinence, including after pregnancy.
Joy works with both acute and chronic cases, adapting her approach to each patient. Her treatment is hands-on and exercise-led, using Pilates-based training and dry needling to support strength, movement, and pain management. She has particular experience working with people training for Hyrox, CrossFit and weight training, helping them return to the activities they enjoy.
