About Sam

Physiotherapist Sam helps patients recover from injury and return to sport, whether that’s getting back to running, working through a lower limb or shoulder problem, or rebuilding after surgery.

Rather than starting from the injury, he works backwards from what each person wants to achieve, building a clear plan with milestones along the way. Sam has particular experience in lower-limb and post-surgery rehabilitation, including the hip, knee, and ankle, combining physiotherapy with strength and conditioning training to understand how the body needs to perform, not just recover. This enables him to set milestones based on what each person actually needs to get back to, not a generic recovery timeline.
