About Rebecca

Clinical Lead and senior Physiotherapist Rebecca helps patients recover from injury, return to training and sport, and move comfortably in everyday life.

She works with people managing joint or lower limb pain, recovering from surgery, or wanting to train harder without setbacks. She also supports pregnant patients managing pelvic and back pain. Her approach combines hands-on treatment with tailored exercise to help restore movement and strength.

Rebecca has particular experience in post-surgery rehabilitation, including ACL, hip replacement, and shoulder recovery, and works with patients from age eight upwards. She takes a goal-led approach, building programmes around what each person actually wants to achieve. This means people feel informed and in control of their progress every step of the way.
