About Simon
Physiotherapist Simon helps people recover from injury and move well again. That could mean a knee or running injury, concussion and dizziness, or simply staying active and mobile later in life.
He works with patients of all ages, including children, and takes time to understand what’s really behind the problem before building a plan. His approach combines hands-on treatment with tailored exercise, helping people feel confident in their recovery. Simon brings particular experience with complex knee and ACL cases, whether treated conservatively or after surgery, and with runners managing recurring injuries like stress fractures. Where a problem hasn’t responded to treatment elsewhere, he looks closely at what’s been missed before building a fresh plan. Whatever the starting point, his approach is built around a plan that works for the long term.
