About Courtney
Physiotherapist Courtney helps patients recover from sports injuries and return to running, training, and everyday movement, whether that’s a tweaked knee, a persistent calf strain, or pain that has changed how the body moves.
She treats patients aged 8 and upwards. Her approach combines hands-on treatment with sports massage to help people move with less pain and more confidence. Courtney brings particular experience in treating running and lower-limb injuries, from the hip and knee through to the calf and hamstring, drawing on a background in kinesiology to understand how movement may be contributing to the problem. She takes the time to explain what’s going on clearly and build a manageable recovery plan that fits around each person’s life.
