About Chris
Personal trainer Chris helps clients build strength, sharpen performance and move with greater control, whatever their starting point, whether that’s training for a specific sport, getting back into exercise, or starting for the first time.
His approach combines sports conditioning with structured strength and conditioning work, helping clients train with purpose and see progress they can feel both in and out of the gym. Chris also draws on exercise rehabilitation experience, helping clients build strength safely around old injuries or niggles rather than avoiding them indefinitely. He takes time to understand how each client moves before shaping a programme around where they are now, whether that means preparing for a specific sport, working back from a setback or building long-term strength for everyday life.
