About Laura
Physiotherapist and personal trainer Laura helps her patients after injury, whether that’s a dancer working through a long-standing niggle, an athlete managing a tendon problem, or someone wanting to stay active as they get older.
Laura combines hands-on treatment with tailored training, building strength that lasts, not just for the treatment room. Laura draws on training in both physiotherapy and dance therapy, giving her a deep understanding of the unique demands performers and athletes place on their bodies. She uses this to build plans that bridge rehab and conditioning, rather than treating the two separately. Whether the goal is returning to the stage, competing again, or simply feeling strong day to day, she tailors her approach to their needs.
