About Joy
Physiotherapist Joy helps people recover from sports and running injuries, particularly those training for Hyrox, CrossFit and weight training.
She also supports women through pregnancy and general women’s health concerns. She takes on both chronic and acute cases, adapting her approach to what each person needs. Her approach is hands-on and exercise-led, helping people get back to what they enjoy.
Joy’s particular experience in women’s health includes incontinence and pelvic health, whilst she also works with athletes with a strong focus on ankle, hip and knee injuries. She uses Pilates-based training and dry needling to build strength and ease pain. Joy’s approach is designed to help people feel strong and in control of their body again.
