About Pooja
Physiotherapist Pooja helps patients recover from sports injuries and manage joint pain, with particular expertise in racquet sports players, swimmers, and runners.
Pooja is also trained in assessing and managing serious sports trauma, including head and spinal injuries. Her approach combines hands-on treatment with tailored exercise to help people move with confidence.
Pooja brings particular experience in sports rehabilitation and trauma management, equipping her to assess and respond to both serious injuries and everyday sports strains. She adapts her approach to each sport’s specific demands, whether that’s the shoulder load of swimming or the wrist and grip demands of racquet sports. This means treatment that’s shaped around the sport, not a generic plan.
